Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Representative to join our team. This role will be responsible for selling service based solutions to new and existing sign clients, building strong customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. This role focuses on identifying client needs, presenting service offerings, and negotiating contracts to deliver exceptional service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation:
   - Identify and target new business opportunities to increase service sales.
   - Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
   - Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas by selling service-based solutions.

2. Client Relationship Management:
   - Build and maintain relationships with new customers.
   - Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Solution Presentation:
   - Develop customized service solutions tailored to the specific needs of clients.
   - Prepare and deliver engaging presentations and service proposals to key decision-makers.
   - Effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our services.

4. Contract Negotiation:
   - Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close deals.
   - Ensure that all service contracts are compliant with company policies and meet profitability goals.

5. Market Research & Strategy:
   - Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and client needs.
   - Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
   - Provide feedback on market insights and customer requirements to improve service offerings.

6. Reporting and CRM Management:
   - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in the CRM system.
   - Provide regular sales reports to management, including forecasts and performance against targets.


Qualifications:

- Education: 
  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).

- Experience: 
  - 2-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably in service-based industries (e.g., technology, maintenance, consulting, financial services).
  - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  - Experience in B2B sales, consultative selling, and relationship management.

- Skills:
  - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  - Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively to meet client needs.
  - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Other: 
  - Willingness to travel (local) as required.
  - Valid driver’s license.
